I have to agree with others here. I do believe react native still has a production edge over Flutter today but the extent to which things have been downplayed seems intentionally done for business.
The React-Native team has been struggling to compete on development experience and performance with Flutter in the last couple of releases. And FYI, Airbnb left the react native boat a long time ago.
